The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2012 annual report for this blog.
Here’s an excerpt:
600 people reached the top of Mt. Everest in 2012. This blog got about 6,000 views in 2012. If every person who reached the top of Mt. Everest viewed this blog, it would have taken 10 years to get that many views.

In Gratitude, I return to theJohnnyspot with Steps 6 & 7 completed, gaining my first Sponsee and having crossed into the very real realm of grateful recovery. Of sobriety working in my day to day life like time acts upon the realm of man: inherent and intangible but undeniable. I no longer chase after it, or anyone or anything like a dog running for its master or a child into the playground during recess from school. I live in Gratitude now. I no longer rent by the month. Martin Luther referred to gratitude as “The basic Christian attitude” and today it is still referred to as “the heart of the gospel.” After my 1st year Sober Birthday in June, I reside here. God‘s will not my own be done, it is here I will stay.
PSALM 30:12 “O Lord my God, I will give thanks to you forever.”
