Today I begin new journeys. I know today is a line in the sand and demarcation of “before” & “after.” One is a literal one with airplanes, trains, dazzling cityscapes and awesome seasides. Of music and fellowship and wonder and new people, places and ideas.
One is a new spiritual awakening. A cleansing, a wiping clean of my slate. A peeling back of the layers of this known world, and of my own world. I simply lay at the feet of God and softly say ” Thank You & how may I serve your will?”
Only from this rich, sober life I lead, would these have been possible. I keep coming back because it IS working. And, I AM worth it. And more, much more.
