I feel disconnected from my day to day life. Lonely in a room full of people.
That’s what today has been like… just keeping my head above water.
No great changes from yesterday or the day before. Just the blues or greens or reds.
Comparison is the thief of joy? Yep, truth.
So is “I just want happiness.” The Buddha said “First remove “I”, that’s Ego. Then remove “want” that’s Desire. All that is left is “Just Happiness.”
You know you can always call me. I had nothing to do.
